Healthlighting.com warranties its products to be free of defects in parts and workmanship. Any product found defective may be returned to healthlighting.com with proof of purchase for replacement or repair within 30 days.
Upon Receipt of your Order:
Goods must be carefully inspected upon delivery. Any claim for damages or shortages must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Please note that the average life listed for our bulbs is only an average: some bulbs may outlast the average, while others may not last for the listed hours.
* If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Healthlighting.com will allow you 30 days from order date in which to return your merchandise.
* Returns of merchandise can only be accepted with an R.G.A. number (return guaranteed authorization).
* Returned products will be accepted only in original inner and outer package and with original receipt of order.
* Freight in this case will be at customer's charge. In the case that the order was inadequately filled, then Healthlighting.com will pay for the return of the order.
